Information we collect

• Information you give us — when you submit the contact/enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and the content of your message.
• Booking information — appointments are made through third-party platforms (Splose for physiotherapy/acupuncture and Wix for Club PhysMed recovery); any details you enter there are handled under those providers’ privacy policies.
• Automatically collected information — standard analytics and technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached and moved through the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and contact you about an appointment or service.
• Provide, operate and improve the website and our services.

• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage information (such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address). • Resend — delivers contact-form enquiries to us by email.
• Google Analytics — website analytics.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Splose and Wix — appointment and recovery-room bookings.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (including Google, Resend, Vercel and Wix) store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
